Our MOQ depends on the product type:

• Ready-stock items: 500 pcs per SKU (mixing colors within the same product line is allowed)
• OEM / Custom-branded items: 1,000 pcs per design (custom packaging requires 500 sets minimum)
• Sample orders: No MOQ — order as few as 1 piece to evaluate quality

We're flexible — if you're testing a new market, contact us and we'll work out a plan that fits your needs.

Absolutely. We encourage all buyers to test samples first.

• Stock samples: Free of charge — you only pay for shipping (DHL/FedEx, 3–5 days)
• Custom OEM samples: $30–$80 per design depending on complexity (sample cost is fully refunded when you place a bulk order ≥ 1,000 pcs)
• Lead time: Stock samples ship within 24 hours; custom samples take 5–7 days

• Ready-stock orders: 3–7 business days after payment confirmation
• Standard production (no custom branding): 10–15 business days
• OEM / ODM with custom packaging: 20–35 business days depending on order volume
• Re-orders: Priority scheduling — typically 20% faster than first orders

Peak season (September–January) may add 5–7 days. We'll confirm exact dates in your proforma invoice.

• Incoterms: FOB (Ningbo / Shanghai), CIF, DDP, and EXW
• Sea freight: Most cost-effective for bulk orders (15–35 days depending on destination)
• Air freight: For urgent orders (5–10 days)
• Express (DHL / FedEx / UPS): For samples and small parcels (3–5 days)

We can work with your designated freight forwarder, or arrange door-to-door delivery through our logistics partners.

• Standard orders: 30% T/T deposit upfront, 70% balance before shipment (against copy of B/L)
• Sample orders: PayPal, Western Union, or Alibaba Trade Assurance
• Large orders (≥ $30,000): Irrevocable L/C at sight accepted

Please note: The 30% deposit covers raw material procurement and production scheduling. Once production begins, the deposit is non-refundable. We'll send you production photos before balance payment so you can verify everything is on track.

Yes — full OEM and ODM services are available:

• Logo printing: Silk-screen, heat transfer, or woven labels on products and packaging
• Custom packaging: Poly bags, header cards, blister cards, gift boxes, display cartons
• Custom colors & sizes: Match your brand's Pantone colors; adjust dimensions to your market needs
• Custom product development: Share your design or concept — our R&D team will handle prototyping, sampling, and mass production

MOQ for customization: 1,000 pcs per design. All custom orders require a signed specification sheet to ensure zero misunderstandings.

Quality is built into every step of our process:

• Raw material inspection: All incoming fabrics are tested for GSM, composition, and color fastness before production
• In-line QC: Random sampling during production to check stitching, dimensions, and appearance
• Pre-shipment inspection (PSI): AQL 2.5 standard final inspection before packing — we check 100% of cartons for correct labeling and quantity
• Third-party testing: Our products are tested by Jiangsu HAP Testing Service Co., Ltd. against GB 18401-2010 Class B standards (formaldehyde, azo dyes, color fastness, pH value)

Full test reports are available on request. We also welcome buyers to send their own third-party inspectors — or arrange a video factory tour at any time.
